Sole Agent: the term refers to your appointed estate agent - the only one with the right to sell your property. You should be able to sell the property yourself without paying the agent a fee - provided that the buyer was not introduced to you by the agent during the contract period.

Our Budget adverts are try before you buy. When you put up a budget advert of your property you are unable to contact anyone who is interested and makes an enquiry. However, we will advise you when that occurs so you can upgrade your advert at that time. NOTE: upgrading later is slightly more expensive than buying the advert from the start.
